Originally from Winston-Salem, NC and a Graduate of UNCW, Kristin has been a part of the UNCW dining team for 3 years. With over 10 years of hospitality expertise, Kristin ensures that every UNCW special event receives the dedicated attention necessary to exceed expectations.


Ryan Andress

Executive Chef

Originally from Philadelphia, PA. Ryan graduated from Liverpool High School and Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He received a Culinary Arts degree at CFCC here in Wilmington. Also, he completed Prochef 1-3 at the Culinary Institute of America. Ryan enjoys fishing and cooking for his family in his free time.
