Emily Schwery


Originally from a tiny town just outside Nashville Tennessee, Emily studied business at the University of Tennessee at Martin and Austin Peay State University. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and successfully owning and operating a restaurant and catering company in Nashville for 7 years, Emily has a wealth of catering and event planning knowledge to add to the UNCW/Aramark team. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and their four beautiful children, boating and exploring this lovely coastal town.

Ryan Andress

Originally from Philadelphia, PA. Ryan graduated from Liverpool High School and Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He received a Culinary Arts degree at CFCC here in Wilmington. Also, he completed Prochef 1-3 at the Culinary Institute of America. Ryan enjoys fishing and cooking for his family in his free time.
