Joe spent 9 years as the Catering Sous Chef and as a Residential Dining Manager overseeing the opening of The Shore. He received his undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition Management from The University of Alabama in 2021, and a Masters in the Professional Practice of Dietetics for Iowa State University in 2023.
With a culinary career spanning 20+ years, Nutrition and Dietetics is the perfect blend of Joe’s passions for food, wellness, and service to others.
